This initiative not only exposes students to the realities of farming and agricultural business but also fosters connections with industry professionals, potentially guiding their future career paths.

The result.

Our ultimate dream would be to establish an innovative state of the art learning hub on a farm where we could run real-life authentic learning on farm for students and/or interest groups

Amanda

According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, the average age of farmers in Australia is 58 years old... This should be alarming to all of us... At AFFE, we believe that now is the time to do something about this before our aging farmers retire
